1. Seller

These terms set out how a consumer (buyer) purchases goods in the online shop. They are a distance contract within the meaning of the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Law and Cabinet Regulation No. 255 of 20 May 2014 on distance contracts.

2. Placing an order

The buyer selects a product and size, adds it to the cart and places the order with contact details, delivery and payment method. Before submitting, the buyer must read and accept these terms.

After submitting, the buyer receives a confirmation by email. The contract is concluded when the seller confirms the order (by phone or email), including availability, delivery time and the total amount.

3. Prices

All prices are in euro (EUR) and include VAT. Delivery is not included in the product price and is shown separately. The seller may change prices, but the price of a confirmed order will not change.

4. Payment

You can pay by bank transfer against an invoice, in cash on receipt, or by any other method offered at checkout. Ownership passes to the buyer after full payment.

5. Delivery

Delivery terms are described under "Delivery and payment". On receipt, please check the packaging and the goods. If you notice visible damage, note it on the delivery document and contact us immediately.

6. Right of withdrawal

The consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. The procedure and form are described under "Right of withdrawal".

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, such as mattresses in non-standard sizes.

7. Warranty and non-conformity claims

The consumer may claim for non-conformity of the goods with the contract within two years of receiving them. In addition, our mattresses carry the manufacturer's warranty stated in the product description.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, an unsuitable base, mechanical damage or moisture. Please send claims in writing to [email protected] with proof of purchase and photos. We reply within 15 days.

8. Disputes

We resolve disputes by negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the consumer may contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (Brīvības iela 55, Riga, LV-1010, www.ptac.gov.lv), the Consumer Dispute Resolution Commission, or a court of the Republic of Latvia. For cross-border disputes, the European Consumer Centre Latvia can help (www.ecclatvia.lv).

10. Other

The seller may amend these terms. An order is governed by the terms in force when it was placed. The contract is governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
