1. Controller

2. What data we process and why

  • Order data: name, phone, email, delivery address, company details (if given), ordered products, payment information. Purpose: fulfilling and delivering your order and contacting you. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and accounting obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).
  • Correspondence data: name, contact details and the content of messages you send via the contact form, email or phone. Purpose: answering your question. Basis: our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) or pre-contractual steps.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser information and server logs. Purpose: website security and operation. Basis: legitimate interests.
  • Analytics data (only with your consent): anonymised information about site visits. Basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.

3. Recipients

We share data only as far as necessary: with delivery and courier services, payment providers, hosting, email and network security providers (e.g. Cloudflare), our accountant, and public authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, this is based on a European Commission adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.

4. Retention

  • Order and accounting data: as long as required by accounting legislation.
  • Correspondence: up to 2 years after it ends.
  • Server logs: up to 30 days, unless needed to investigate a security incident.
  • Analytics data: up to 14 months.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict or object to processing, receive your data in a portable format, and withdraw consent. Write to [email protected]; we will reply within one month.

If you believe your data is processed unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (Elijas iela 17, Riga, LV-1050, www.dvi.gov.lv).

Online assistant (AI chat)

If you use the chat, your messages are sent to an artificial intelligence provider (e.g. Anthropic or OpenAI) to prepare a reply. Please do not share sensitive data in the chat. If you ask a manager to contact you, we keep your name, contact details and the conversation for up to 2 years. Basis: your request and our legitimate interests.
